A local furniture manufacturing start-up company was struggling to define their brand and agree internally on a marketing strategy for their small living product line.

As the research and strategy team, a full-day workshop was planned for the company’s key stakeholders to participate in to explore their current needs and future dreams.

The full day participatory workshop consisted of various collaborative activities including:

Activity 1: Brand Identity (Inside-Out View)

  • To help them define their own brand’s core pillars and key messaging.

Activity 2: Market Landscape (Outside-In View)

  • To get them aligned as a team on where in the existing competitive market they could best fit for a successful product launch.

Activity 3: Product Brainstorming (User View)

  • To help them brainstorm about how to improve their existing products to fit the needs of different user groups and personas.
