After denying her true nature for ten years as she juggled family, work and life married to her high
school sweetheart, Emma Sanders finally sat down and wrote her first novel, “Holding Fast.”  By
the time she was writing her second novel, “One Wrong Move”, Sanders signed a publishing deal
with the small publishing house Wild Rose Press.  She is currently at work on her next novel.  

Sanders masters the art of weaving romance through a tale of suspense and mystery, stating that
“Love is a mystery.” Her characters are strong individuals that draw the reader into the story as they
battle through their own fears and desires to a dramatic climax.

HOLDING FAST is about a love that never died, just as Sanders’ love of writing never died.  As she
held fast to her goal of being published, so do the characters hold fast to their dreams while
challenges and tragedies take them around life’s curves.  ONE WRONG MOVE, Sanders’ second
novel, is a stand alone series, i.e. the secondary character in HOLDING FAST now has her own
story.  But Sanders’ characters always make the right move in the end.

Sanders’ always puts a twist of mystery and a dash of suspense in her novels, and has grown up
reading favorite authors, like Sandra Brown, who have influenced her in the genre she loves.  The
kind of child who would hide behind her mother’s skirts, Sanders’ modesty hasn’t changed much.
